Extend your ArcGIS trial

Hi everyone. This is the guidance we got from ArcGIS to extend your trials. Please post here if you are still having trouble.

When signing up for the trial, you will have received an email. Towards the end of this email you should receive another email. Follow the instructions in either of these to request an extension. You can simply state that you want to explore ArcGIS further and the trial should be extended. You can also note that you are part of the Zindi Tanzania competition.

Personally i don't know how ask to extend trial version

You should have recieved an email confirming the beginning of your trial period. Look in your spam folder if you cannot find it. In the email there is an option to contact esri in your region. Try that.

If you are outside of the United States, contact your local Esri office.
