To be in top 3 or 10 in the leaderboard, one has to use decision-tree based models. But the description says explicitly to use a pytorch based model.

If someone uses other models that are suitable for tabular data, will it be considered as a valid submission?

otherwise being in the top 10 even in top 20 using a NN is not possible. Because other top contestants are using DT based models.
