Only people who submitted 3 or more of the mini challenges can participate in the main challenge?
If I didn't participated in any of those mini challege, my submission of main challenge will not be evaluated or rated?
Actually, I don't need a high ranking, I just need to be evaluated and ranked.
yep that is what the rule of the compititions says, i don't know if they even evaluate it if you are eligable for the challenge.
