Some people are probably using multiple accounts or sharing solutions.
If that's the case, we'll have to ask @zindi to pay more attention, since we can't develop knowledge in such conditions.

Your are right, it is weird people with less than 20 submissions witch reach more than 0.92 score on the leaderboard. I think someone is sharing him solution.
I hope the final leaderboard will rank them down. A little competition, everyone want to cheat.
For example @killerOfZkiller created him account 1 hour ago and reach the score 0.92.
I totally agree. It is not that easy to reach 0.92 without enough experimentations. But since yesterday, people keeps popping out of knowhere with those score. Hope @Zindi will track them down
