i understand that the polygons are not perfect but are they too bad ?
i think that the polgons for theese image might be really bad some of them are:

i mean i could have done something wrong with my code or theese are really off the plce they should be at can anyone please explain to me
You weren't doing anything wrong. The dataset is indeed quite bad. Polygons are misplaced, points are thrown randomly, objects aren't labeled (nor counted, meaning the label itself is also sometimes significantly inaccurate).
